DCG means a lot to us here at Caveco, because over the years Dave and his team have been able to keep our Director, Alex Cave in good shape. So when Dave asked us to create an inspirational film to motivate members and create a buzz of conversation around the gym, we couldn’t wait to launch out of the starting blocks.

The Film
The Concept
Our aim was to help members visualise their current situation and fill them with the confidence to get started on their fitness journey.
Dave loves motivational quotes, so we carefully selected two which evoke a visual, emotional response to form the backbone of the piece.

We chose Dave & Lydia to take centre stage in the film partially because their faces are so recognisable to gym members, but also because we wanted members to feel that results are within reach if they take consistent action.

The Result
By creating a sense of urgency and a call to arms through the messaging, and empowering members with motivational footage, we were able to create a strong piece to energise members to want to take the leap.
The film was a knockout… and we’ve only just come back to our senses.
